Fleur Kinson has travelled the length and breadth of Italy, and keeps her knowledge of the country fully up-to-date with frequent return visits to its various regions. She has been a travel journalist since 2001 and the property writer for ITALIA magazine since 2005. She is also the author of a guidebook to Lake Bolsena in Lazio (Bolsena – Everything You Need to Know, recommended in the Sunday Times in 2007).

A life-long fan of the written word, Fleur holds a first-class degree in English Literature, and a Masters degree in English Linguistics from Oxford University. Before becoming a travel and property writer, she worked on the Oxford English Dictionary. Having lived in the British Midlands, America and Italy, Fleur is now permanently based in Oxford, England.
